Our technicians are able to help customers live with a wide range of IT issues including application problems, Internet issues, printer problems, general computer glitches, server connectivity (mapped drives, shares) and virus/spyware infections.
How we service our customers:
Live service is performed using a remote connection tool, which allows us to take control of your employees workstation and fix problems on the fly. If the issue is severe, such as a crashed operating systems, broken hardware or a bad virus, we can dispatch a technician to your office within an hour. Our customers also have a toll free support line that they can call anytime to get live phone support for minor issues.
Lower Your IT Bill Guarantee
We offer one of the best guarantee's in the IT industry. If you switch to Bay Business Edge for your IT service and support, we guarantee your IT service and support bills will decrease. If we can't decrease your IT service and support bills, you aren't charged for the entire month of service. This guarantee is good for the entirety of the service contract. To signup for a service contract with the "Lower Your IT Bill Guarantee" you need to send us the last 6 months of IT related invoices from your previous vendor, which we will average and set the "Guaranteed Price" per month. If we ever go over the "Guaranteed Price" you will not be billed for the entire month. Exclusions: Hardware, software, upgrades, licensing and parts.
