The cost is based on how many computers will be covered and is on average at least 75% cheaper than an IT employee. If your company needs IT support and service on a monthly basis, one of our IT Service Plans would be a great solution. Our service plans come with many perks including significantly reduced hourly rates, free phone support for basics issues, guaranteed emergency response, dedicated Network Engineer, and Workstation Technician. Service Plans are sold based on your hourly need and can be adjusted up or down. Service Plans are available to all businesses in Hillsborough County and Pinellas County. Break Fix is our most basic service and is available to all businesses. This service is designed for small businesses that want high quality IT support at a very competitive rate with no contracts required. Our average Break Fix customer uses 0-1 hours per month. Discounts are available if you purchase a block of hours. Block hours don't expire and can save you up to 20% per hour.
